hi, this is a really great site you’ve made about your pug. i found it because about 15 min ago i had a horrid thought that my bitch might have demo mange. she is 3 and going into her 4th heat. her skin gets black a few mo’s before along with a rash/scabs w/blister-ish crusty sores. i took her to the vet 3 wks ago and was told its skin allergies. they gave me some more meds for it. but its different this time, on her hind quarters are clumps of missing hair with a gray scally texture to her skin. im taking her in 1st thing in the morning. your pictures were very helpful and i appreciate you having so many of them to look at & very clear as well. i will look further into your site tomorrow to see what else you have going on in here, thanks…marsha

Big Steve, my dog who got demo mange, is doing great. His mange was especially bad because he is with autoimmune hemolytic anamia problems.
It sounds like you are very aware of your dog’s condition and took corrective action immediately, so I really hope your dog is okay now!!
Early detection, rapid cure is always the key! 🙂
